How do payments work?
Fixed-scope projects are usually paid in stages: a deposit to start, then payments at agreed milestones. Retainers and support plans are billed monthly.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. We work with clients in the UK, across Africa and beyond, and can invoice in Naira, Pounds or US Dollars.
How do we communicate during a project?
You get one project lead, a shared project board, scheduled video calls and a WhatsApp group for quick questions.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free support. After that, small changes are covered by a care plan or billed by the hour.
Who owns the work?
Once the project is paid in full, you own the designs, content and code we created for you.
